A matched spoon and fork for serving from the middle of the table — tossing and lifting a salad, dishing up a roast, spooning vegetables from a bowl. The heads are big enough to move a real portion in one go, and the pair works together to grip and turn what the spoon alone would drop.
Forged 18/10 stainless heads set into oiled European oak handles, so the metal that touches food is easy to keep clean while the handle stays warm and dry in the hand. The oak is finished with a re-oilable hardwax oil to match the boards.
The oak handles are the reason this pair is hand-wash only — leave them in the dishwasher and the heat will dry the wood and loosen it from the steel over time. A rinse and a wipe is all they need.
