Baker's Set

The three oven-to-table dishes that cover most of what gets baked in a home kitchen — the 3-litre rectangular baker for a lasagne or a tray of roast vegetables, the oval gratin for a dauphinoise or a crumble, and the fluted pie dish for a pie or a quiche. All in the oven-safe sage stoneware, all going from oven to table.

Each piece is the same high-fired, oven-safe body under the house sage matte glaze, so they read as a family in the oven and on the table. Between them they handle a weeknight bake and a proper Sunday spread.

Bought together the three cost less than buying them one by one, so it's the efficient way to fit out for baking. Every piece here is oven safe to 250°C — the one thing to hold to is a cold start from the freezer, never straight into a hot oven.
