Four individual 200 ml pots for the single-serving jobs — a crème brûlée, a baked custard, a soufflé, a pot of melted butter, a little dish of prep by the stove. Straight-sided so a soufflé has a wall to climb, and deep enough to hold a proper portion.
Oven-safe sage stoneware, high-fired in oxidation to a vitrified body, glazed to match the larger bakeware. They take a hot oven, a water bath, and the fridge afterwards without complaint.
The rim is unglazed clay where each pot stood in the kiln, so under a grill or a blowtorch for a brûlée top, keep the flame on the sugar and off the bare rim, which will scorch darker than the glaze.

Care
- Dishwasher safe on a normal cycle.
- Stack a cloth between them in the cupboard so the bare rims don't scuff the glaze.

- Dishwasher and microwave safe.
Not for
- Not for direct flame — a brûlée torch belongs on the sugar, not held against the dish.
- Don't take them from the freezer into an already-hot oven.
